The eRS MCP Server connects eResource Scheduler to AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. Once connected, users can search resources, check availability, schedule resources, log timesheets, and create custom dashboards and reports from their AI assistant's chat window, without opening eRS.
The assistant signs in with the user's own eRS account, so it can only see and do what that user's eRS access rights allow. If an action isn't possible in eRS, it isn't possible through the assistant either.
