Quoted price is only valid until quote expiry date.
Quote can be accepted by issuing a Purchase Order or by email confirmation.
Quoted amount is net amount payable. There are no applicable taxes if invoice is paid from outside India.
For payments within India, 18% Goods & Service Tax (GST) will be added additionally on top of quoted amount (if not already added).
If foreign clients are required to withhold taxes or any other amount, they will be added separately and will be borne by the client.
Subscription fee can be increased by upto 5% annually on average to adjust for CPI. Increase can be every year or once every few years.
All cost related to payment transfer (bank fee etc.) will be borne by the client.
This quote does not include default access to any module that is not explicitly mentioned in this quote or may be introduced in future.
The annual billing discount does not apply if a module is subscribed to more than 30 days after the initial subscription or annual renewal date.

Enbraun Technologies may introduce optional modules in future and clients can choose to subscribe those modules for additional fee.
Modules in beta phase are offered for free but will be chargeable when offered in production mode.
Account Manager Support is included in subscription fee and is offered as per pre-defined scope.
Discounts will no longer be applicable if subscription is downgraded (term, resources and modules).
Subscription is activated / renewed after the procurement formalities (including payment) are completed.
In case of self-hosted version, license key will be delivered after the payment is received.
Promotional discount cannot be availed along with any other discount (except annual billing discount). In case the client is also eligible for bulk discount, then only the discount that provides maximum benefit to the client will be applied, until explicitly mentioned in the quote.
Our base currency is Inited States Dollar (USD). If quote has been issued in any other currency except USD, then next subscription term's amount may vary due to changes in USD exchange rate.
